Meeting Confidentiality

What’s shared in our meetings stays in our meetings.

• Recaps are anonymized - Public recaps never include real names or identifying details unless explicit permission is given.
• Stories stay private - Personal experiences shared during meetings are not attributed or shared outside the group.
• Recordings are temporary - Meetings may be recorded solely to support accurate recap summaries. Recordings are deleted once the recap is complete.
